Participants:
Up to 6 people can be seated in a gondola, if you are 2, 3, or 4 people, no additional people will be added so you can enjoy your breakfast undisturbed. 

Duration: 

• Breakfast starts at 9:00 am.
• The gondola breakfast lasts approx. 45 to 60 minutes.
• 2 to 3 ascents and descents in your gondola - or even longer, depending on how long you want to have breakfast.
• After breakfast, you can also get off at the mountain station and walk and then take another gondola back down - this journey is included in the price.

When can the gondola breakfast be booked?
Our gondola breakfast takes place from 30 May to 4 October 2026, every Thursday to Sunday.

Free cancellation or postponement are possible up to 7 days before your booked date – after that, 100% cancellation fees apply.

Unfortunately, we do not offer vouchers for the gondola breakfast!
Please note that annual passes such as the Regio Card, Top Snow and the Z-Ticket do not entitle you to a reduction in price for the gourmet gondola.

There is room for up to 6 people in a gondola to enjoy the gondola breakfast in the Almkopfbahn in Tyrol.

Is it possible to take a dog into the gondola?
Of course you can also take your four-legged friend on the gondola. 

At what times can I book the gondola breakfast in Berwang/Bichlbach in Tyrol? 
The classic gondola breakfast can be booked on our operating days during the summer season. As the dates are booked up quickly, it is worth booking in good time. 

Is it possible to get off at the mountain station for a hike after the gondola breakfast? 
Yes, you can get off at the Almkopfbahn mountain station after breakfast and enjoy the marvellous mountain panorama during a hike. You can take another gondola for the descent later in the day, which is of course included in the price. 

Which mountain railway in Tyrol offers a gondola breakfast? 
Enjoy a beautifully laid table with a glass of Prosecco, your choice of coffee or tea and regional delicacies during a gondola ride on the Almkopfbahn cable car, while the unique breakfast is framed by breathtaking views of the Zugspitze and Lake Heiterwanger See.

Does the gondola breakfast take place in all weathers?
The gondola breakfast also takes place in bad weather. Exceptions are extreme weather conditions that do not allow safe gondola operation.

Is it possible to purchase a voucher for the gondola breakfast?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to give the gift of joy with a voucher for breakfast at the Almkopfbahn.
